Checkpoints
Six, every batch
Checked at every step.
Quality is not one test at the end of the line. It is a set of decisions made at each stage, by people trained to say no.
01At sourcing
Strict selection criteria at farm gates across our sourcing region before any crop is accepted for purchase.
02At intake & storage
Bagged, dried and stored under controlled conditions to cut the risk of spoilage or contamination.
03During cleaning
Pests, cobs, stones and metal contaminants removed before anything enters production.
04During processing
Each stage of production is monitored to keep every product within its specification.
05During fortification
Vitamins and minerals added under control, so every batch meets its intended nutritional value.
06During packaging
Primary, secondary and tertiary checks — sealed, labelled and shelf-ready before dispatch.
The standards behind every pack.
The habits that keep a food factory safe are unglamorous and constant. These are ours.
- 01
Good Manufacturing Practices
Personal hygiene protocols and proper sanitation across the facility.
- 02
Pest control
Structured programmes to prevent contamination at every stage of production and storage.
- 03
Trained quality teams
Quality Control monitors raw materials and in-process checks; a separate Quality Assurance team verifies parameters from intake to finished product.
- 04
Consistent standards
No batch leaves our facility without passing internal quality checks, on either line.
- 05
Customer feedback
Feedback from distributors, retailers and consumers is tracked and fed back into production — quality assurance beyond the factory gate.

One name. One standard.
Pakacha is one name on many packs, so it has to mean the same thing on every one of them. Flour is fortified with zinc and B-vitamins as it is milled. Animal feeds are balanced for the animals they are made for.
As rice, cooking oil and honey join the family, each will pass through the same checkpoints described on this page before it carries the Pakacha name.
